The sealing knife adopts copper alloy sprayed with teflon so it will not stick to the film upon sealing. This allows for rapid sealing with minimal fumes. Horizontal and vertical sealing knife ensure a continuous seal without gaps and no breaks. The sealing frame is high quality alloy steel.

The machine is fully automatic including the in-feed conveyor, sealing and out-feed.

Convenient to adjust according to different sizes products.  Simply adjust the height of the box and conveyor time for the width.

6. Separate temperature settings for each sealing blade
