Item up for auction is a PolyNiche Foam Shower Niche

This product consists of an EPS core, along with a liquid applied waterproof costing as well as a textured top coat for adhesion. Included with this 12"x16" PolyNiche is a 1" thick separate shelf. This shelf can be installed at any desired height in the niche, or you can choose not to install a shelf at all.  This PolyNiche can also be installed horizontally if desired (modular shelf can not be installed if niche is installed horizontally). Installation is simple and can be done by any contractor or do-it-yourselfer. Some of the features are :

* Acrylic top coating for adhesion on front and back of niche

If you are a contractor, or do-it-yourselfer, then this is the shower niche for you. I personally use this product in all shower renovations, with no negative results. This niche has never been used and is brand new in original box and packaging.
