VINTAGE GIRL SCOUT OUTFIT TERRI LEE TAG FOR 8 INCH GINNY/MUFFIE/WENDY ORIG BOX

Description

This item is a vintage tagged "Terri Lee" Girl Scout uniform for 8 inch dolls such as Ginny, Muffie, Wendy-kins, Ginger.  I would date this outfit to the 1950s.
In its original box; includes tagged Scout uniform, belt, beanie with scouting emblem, brown vinyl shoes with side fasteners; and green rayon socks.
I wish there were the option to check "unused" for this item. It cannot be called new, but it certainly is not "used" either.
The beanie has a lot of deterioration, that looks like moth damage.  I don’t see how a moth could have gotten to the hat as it has remained boxed. Perhaps this deterioration is merely the fabric disintegrating with age, not sure.
Otherwise the pieces are in good condition; dress and belt have rivet snaps in good working order; no fading, stains, holes, or other damage to the dress or socks.  From a clean, smoke free home, no odors or dust.
