Vintage Tagged Vogue Ginny Dress and Panties

This is a cute polished cotton vintage dress and panty set made by Vogue for Ginny. The dress has cap sleeves and a square neckline and a full skirt, with panties to match. The fabric is a pastel pink with an all over pattern of blue, yellow and green flowers and leaves. The dress closes with a hook and eye and the panty has an elastic waist that seems tight. The dress looks just a bit dusty so it may need a bit of refreshing. There are no spots or stains, no rips or tears on either piece. The Vogue tag is at an inside seam of the skirt.
