The unders have some fraying all around the bottom edge, and I am wondering if it was made this way? The hair band is good, with some light wear and possible yellowing.     Vintage Vogue Doll Ginny (?) 3 Piece Outfit in Original Box! Tutu Dress Garland
    I believe this is a Ginny outfit, but am not certain, and the box does not say.
    For size reference, the little dress is approx 4.5 inches wide, with the skirt spread out, like you see in the pictures. The waist is 4 to 5 inches around, where the top joins the skirt.
    The dress has a tag that says ORIGINAL VOGUE DOLLS. The box stamped on the back as 50 M 2-53-H-G
    Estimated circa 1950s!
