Vintage Vogue Ginny Bon Bon #82 pieces for parts or repair

Description

This was an estate sale find.  Unfortunately, before the estate found it to sell it, mousies found it and feasted on it.  Although it still retains much of its charm, there is some damage to it that needs to be considered.  Let's start with the dress.  Made of pink flocked nylon in a pretty floral print, it has its Medford tag present and ties with a pretty pink satin sash in back.  The hook and eye closure is still present but one end needs to be sewn back on.  The color is nice and the vintage velvet flowers are in beautiful condition.  Unfortunately, the mice found the center front of the skirt the most delicious part of the dress and that is where they chewed the holes.  I attempted to show them in the pictures.  In reality, they really aren't noticeable when the dress is on display, but they are not small and there are a lot of them.  The hat has also been chewed by the mice on one side.  I know that some doll owners are very good at repairing and restoring, so I went ahead and included this hat in the listing.  I don't know if it can be fixed.  The flowers are missing, but the original bow is there and in good condition.  It also has its original chin strap, which is in good condition and still has its elasticity.  The good news is that the slip is in great condition!  It just needs new elastic.  There are no stains or holes in it and it is the appropriate original slip for this Bon Bon outfit.
